Questions people actually ask
Do I need Pro to use the app?
No — they are two separate products. The app is €14,99 per store through Shopify and gives you size charts, bundles, the cart drawer and swatches. Pro is €49 per account through us and buys the research and importing tools on this website. Having the app takes €20 off Pro.
What does the trial include?
Fourteen days of everything in Pro. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged. The app has its own trial, run by Shopify.
Per store or per account?
Both, and it differs per product. The app is per store, so five stores means five app subscriptions. Pro is per account: connect as many stores as you run and the price does not change. The €20 discount also applies once per account, however many stores hold the app.
What does the AI cost me?
You pay your provider directly, at their rate. A rewritten product is typically a few cents.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, and the two are cancelled in different places. The app: in your Shopify admin, like any other app. Pro: email admin@eruptian.com and we cancel it for you — a button in your dashboard is on the way. Pro keeps working until the period you already paid for ends. Cancelling the app does not cancel Pro; it removes the €20 discount from your next period.
