Can't find your question?

Who is Eruptian for?

Entrepreneurs with a Shopify store. Our aim is to bring work on products, research and the store closer together.

Is everything available already?

No. Eruptian is in development and not every part is finished or available yet. Need a particular feature? Ask us about its current status before relying on it.

How are the website and the Shopify app different?

The website is where you manage your Eruptian account and work outside your store. The Shopify app runs inside Shopify admin for features in your store. These are different environments; not every feature is in both places.

What is an API key and why do I need one?

An API key lets software access your account with an AI provider. Eruptian's AI features use your own key. Keep it like a password and do not share it by email. Our guide explains how to get a key and set it up.

How do I ask a question or report a problem?

Email admin@eruptian.com. Tell us which page you were on and what you wanted to do. Ideas and feedback are welcome too. The contact page explains what information helps.
